***Backstory:
Before Nousha was even born, the plans for what she would become were already being laid. Her attractive features, dark skin and green eyes were designed in a lab. As the first in a new generation of Ugra she was to be healthy, intelligent and beautiful- destined to be a great woman one day, matriarch of a very influential family.

And Nousha was made very aware of this from a young age, her education was disciplined and her manners taught to be impeccable. Whilst her father, Suda took charge of the upbringing of her younger brother, Rushil, as the heir more was expected of Nousha and her mother took care in her instruction. With age, as beauty and intelligence grew so did Nousha’s vanity, her callousness and her lust for power.

After finishing her education, Nousha was able to secure a position in the Office of Justice and after a short succession of promotions, negotiating office politics, is now Senior Assistant to the Under Secretary- though she has her eye on the position of Under Secretary which is outlined in her five year plan to gain yet more power within government.

When she was 33, Yavuz Utku first came to Nousha’s attention, she knew of him of course as the Utku’s were of a good family, almost as influential as the Ugra’s when he was given a very substantial promotion in her father’s department. At fifty nine, Yavuz had worked hard to secure his position and- as Nousha and her mother took note of very carefully- had some rather useful contacts within the office of Justics, not to mention rumored connections with Pani Bey-Rehem . Nousha was not attracted to Yavuz, who was plain of face and far too pale to be conventially good looking- but she was more than happy to overlook the small details of ‘love’ when chosing an ideal mate.

At the urging of her mother, and for the sake of her career, Nousha endeavored to utilize Yavuz through marriage. Yavuz was, as Nousha had conceitedly predicted, enchanted by Nousha’s beauty and delicate social graces- after finding himself now following his promotion as a rather elligible bachelor, Nousha was undoubtedly the most charming of his suitors and he entered into a courtship with her.

Nousha and Yavuz have been married six months and Nousha is finding married life almost intolerable. Where in courtship Nousha had applied considerable charm to procuring her husband, it was not long after marriage before the appeal of the man wore off. In her eyes, he is not nearly as ambitious has she had first hoped, rather hopeless in social situations much to Nousha’s mortification and rather vile, in his own way. Nevertheless, Nousha is aware of what is expected of a couple and the marriage has been conssumated- though not as often as Yavuz would like, if his taste in prostitutes and vids is anything to go by.

Unfortunatley for Nousha however, the very few consummations that have taken place have been more than enough. Unbeknownst to Nousha, she is now one month with child, five years earlier than the ambitious young woman had hoped.

***Personality:
Iron willed and incredibly stubborn, it is incredibly hard to convince Nousha she is wrong. She is haughty, with high standards. Though primarily a self obsessed creature, Nousha does care very deeply for her family- although she is a proponent of tough love and can be particularly hard on younger members of the family, particularly her younger brother who she expects much from and who’s flamboyant lifestyle is a constant source of worry to her. Her practical nature leads to a willingness to step on anyone who doesn't have her family's best interests at heart- and her professional life is much the same.

Nousha through years of careful practise has tried to control her emotions in a way that would please even the staunchest Sitala, but has remained partially unsuccessful. She is often ashamed of her more passionate feelings, and firmly hides them under a facade- but she has a red hot temper, feels disappointment intensely and the narrow confines of her mind are filled with hedonistic desires and fantasies of exotic love affairs so different from the loveless marriage she finds herself in.

***Description
Nousha was always destined to be a great beauty, and thanks to some already helpful genetics, scientists were able to achieve it. Her skin is fashionably dark and baby soft, her features delicate- a careful exercise in perfect symmetry with proportions that would please a mathematician, full mouth, and wide eyes. Her nose had at first been something of a disappointment- when it was still real, and everyone agrees that the new silicone one is much better. Her dark hair is curled into ringlets and shines like polished mahogany.
Her body is acceptable but not remarkable, she is of average weight and size for her gender- though recently she has noticed becoming a little heavier on top than is usual. She spends far too much money on elaborate skin dyes and adores jewelry and other ostentatious accessories- Nousha can be heard approaching miles away as she produces a metallic jangle as she walks from a large number of adornments.

***Goals
Nousha’s goals are outlined in her five year plan- to become under secretary for the office of Justice. After this goal is achieved (and there is no doubt in Nousha’s mind that it will be) she will continue promotions until she is one day head of the department, become a good matriarch…and perhaps have one child- but only once she is high secretary.
