***Backstory
Born to Arlet and Suda Ugra, holders of two top positions in the Office of Finance, Rushil's life was never hard from his first breaths on the ship. His parents cherished his supple and plush appearance. Being the second born of an influential family had its perks. He was donned in the most extravagant attire, taught by the most successful tutors, and entertained by the best showmen.

His childhood years were spent following his older sister, Nousha, around the district. He looked up to her from his first memory. She was very strong willed and didn't allow anything to get in her way. Besides trailing his older sister, Rushil also spent time with the adults of his family. He formed a close bond with his father, the only other male living in the household. His father instilled the value of expression and art into the young Jagat-Natha. Besides what he was taught by his valuable tutors, his father also taught him to be street smart. Unlike most Jagat-Natha parents, Suda wasn't controlling of his son; instead, on his sons twentieth birthday, he pushed out into the world and told him to express himself and have fun.

That was the first mistake or blessing, depending on how one looks at it, that ever happened to Rushil. The night of his twentieth birthday was spent at All That Glitters with his sister. That night was his first taste of actual vice. He was hit on by another Jagat-Natha, about his age. One thing led to another to him losing his virginity that night, and gaining an addiction. After that night promiscuity became one of his callings. This first encounter led to many other encounters. He spent almost half his allowance at All That Glitters. The twentieth decade of his life went by rather smoothly, with only mild bumps to discomfort him. His mother became the patriarch of his family and his sister married.

Now that he has graduated and used his connections in the Office of Finance (nuura and bhari) to acquire himself a rather respectable first time position as an Under-Financier, he is partying more then ever. He sees this as the best time of his life and he should take full advantage of it.

***Personality
Despite being an intellectual, he is far from cold and calculating (he lets his mods do that), instead he enjoys life to it's fullest. He spends almost every credit he makes on anything that will make his life more enjoyable. From narcotics to furniture, if it's been invented, he's bought it at least once. This hasn't caused any strain on his family though. He's never burdened them for a credit since he gained his job. Though not asking his family for money has led him to start scraping money from the Office of Finance.

***Description
Most would describe Rushil as posh, and they wouldn't be wrong. He is, in his and all the people he's slept with eyes, the most attractive male on the ship. His skin is a soft sepia. it is usually the first thing people recall when they think about him. His skin is nicely added to with his camel colour hair. His face is then completed with his sap green eyes. They sparkle with an intensity expected of a Jagat-Natha. Like any Jagat-Natha, he is an appreciator of fine jewelry. He has two monroes and two spider bites, each on either side of his mouth. Each piercing has a small gold chain attached to it that then attaches to his small hoop earrings. His fashion sense is very typical of a Jagat-Natha.

***Mods
Rushil's mods are typical of any Jagat-Natha. His mods are only there to help his career. He has a mod in his eye to help him read and register quicker. He also has a mod that helps him do complex calculations incredibly fast. An invaluable mod that he has is the one that makes his fingers move at incredibly fast paces. It's good for typing and writing. Though his favorite mod is one that he uses every night. It's two implants in the eye and ear which when it registers a note, a color corresponding to the note is displayed in the owner's eye.

Rushil wishes to work his way up in the Office and some day hold the top position. His main goal right now though is to have as much fun as practical and party even if it kills him.
